Can I overnight my order?

We utilize UPS and the US Postal Service. Currently we only offer ground shipping through internet orders. If you would like expedited shipping please call 866-549-8697 to place your order. Please be aware that shipping costs are rising. Most second day air packages start at $45.

Can I return my item?

Of course! While we believe many of our items look better than pictured, if you are not satisfied please contact us. A 10% restocking fee applies to all special ordered returned goods. Return shipping is at customer's expense.
You must contact us within 10 business days of purchase to return your item and it must be in original packaging and condition.

Can I special order an item I don't see on your website?"

If you do not see an item offered by one of the lines we carry we can certainly order it for you.
